Who Wrote It?
We'll spotlight answers from the story. Guess who wrote each one. Authors score when they stump you.
Everyone fills in secret blanks on their phone. Plotluck turns your answers into a brand-new story, reads it aloud, and makes a game out of it. No downloads, no two rounds alike.
One screen everyone can see, and the phones already in your pockets.
Put Plotluck on a TV, laptop, or a shared screen on a video call. Friends scan the code with their phones.
No app, no accounts. Three to eight players.
Everyone gets different blanks: a food, a feeling, someone in the room. Nobody sees the story yet.
Tap a suggestion or type your own. Your words stay secret until the reveal.
Your answers become a brand-new story, read aloud on the big screen.
Every story is written fresh from your group's own words, so no two are alike.
The story turns into a mini-game: guess who wrote what, spot the forgery, finish it, or survive it.
Four games rotate through each session.
Points, bragging rights, and a link to the story with everyone's words in their own color.
Nothing is saved unless the host shares it.
Each round, the story you just heard becomes the game you play. They rotate, so a session never settles into a rut.
We'll spotlight answers from the story. Guess who wrote each one. Authors score when they stump you.
The writers' room slipped its own answer into your story. Spot the fake. If your real answer gets picked, you score for being that weird.
…and then the landlord took one look at the ghost and said
“You still owe me rent from 1789.”
“Is that my sweater?”
Write the last line, then vote for the best one. The house wrote an ending too, so don't let it win.
Plan: distract the dinosaur with interpretive dance
It works. The T. rex weeps, then joins in.
“I hide.” You hide in the dinosaur's mouth.
Your story ends in peril. Write a plan to survive. The Judge rules on every single one.
Five story packs to start, each with its own cast of disasters. Or shuffle them all.
Gas, snacks, and catastrophic decisions.
Celebrating excellence in barely trying.
Ghosts, goo, and questionable decisions.
Love is in the air. So is smoke.
The plan is perfect. The crew is not.
A shared screen in a living room is no place for surprises you didn't ask for. Safety is built into every step, not bolted on.

Your group does. Your answers are woven into a brand-new story by an AI writer, every sentence is checked before it reaches the screen, and if anything fails a check the game uses a hand-written classic version instead.
The host picks Family (G-rated) or Standard (PG-13) mode. Every answer is filtered before anyone sees it, the host can remove players and swap in the classic story at any moment, and players must be 13 or older. Details in safety.
They live in memory for the length of the game and are gone when the room closes. A story is only saved if the host shares it, and shared links expire after 30 days. See the privacy policy.
Open a room on any screen. Your first story is about two minutes away.
